1. Return Eligibility

Ecoharit follows a no-return policy on used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, customers may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Supported with valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers

3. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

To initiate a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photo/video evidence of the issue

4. Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
